Changing your mindset is arguably one of the most important factors is goal achievement. 

I recently attended one of the top leadership conferences in the world and “mindset” was a common theme. 

There is a reason why the best leaders in the world are talking about and honing their mindset skills. They know the difference it makes in leading themselves and others. 

Oftentimes, when we’re trying to improve we look at the external things. If we want to become fit, we look for a fitness and nutrition plan. If we want to become more responsible financially we might look for a budgeting app. Those things are amazing but there is another side to it. 

What’s going on inside (i.e. mindset) is crucial. If you are telling yourself you’re not good with money or you’ll never be able to stick with anything, no app pr program will help you. Again, those things can definitely aid in your ultimate goal but you’ll also need to change your mindset.
