Today we’re diving into Part 4 of my Good to Great series. This one is about a game changing idea called the Hedgehog Concept. I learned this principle in G2G and have seen it played out in every scenario where I’ve seen lasting success. In a nutshell, the Hedgehog Concept is where the following 3 things connect: 1) What can I be the best in the world at? 2) What am I deeply passionate about? 3) What drives my economic engine?
